Dangerously cheesy thread

So we were discussing brie and cheese on the irc and thought "what if we had a thread on the bb for discussing cheese"

so here it is, cheese thread. All cheese welcome. Post cheese, discuss cheese, eat cheese. Cheese-related dishes are also welcome, so long as cheese remains the main subject. So grilly cheese is also welcome.

also I love me a brie sandwich with walnuts and apple spread. But it needs to be good bread and good brie.

I usually buy store-brand brie since it's not too bad here (but apparently that doesn't apply everywhere), alternatively i sometimes buy president brie but I'll admit that one falls in the "3.6 roentgen, not great, not terrible" category so I might have to go on brie exploration to find better brands.

I just had some takoyaki recently which was topped with...parmesan! I mean, it worked, salty sharp notes help accentuate the savory tako ball flavors
